Will you mail bills to me upon request?

No Matter where you are in Canada , we can mail you your monthly bill However paying your bill at the bank is currently available only at TD and scotiabank but you can always pay through paypal (online), credit card (call us), cheque (mail us) or cash (see us).

How do I add another phone number(s) to my KELLINK account?

You can add another phone number to your account by logging on to the KELLINK website at www.KELLINK.com and then logging into your personal account. Once in your account, you can click on add caller id that will take you to the page where you can add phone numbers to your account.

How does callback work?

You have to call the callback number (1-970-878-8800) if you are in Canada or USA or (1-209-980-8800) if you are overseas, then the sytem will call you back, then after you answer, it will ask you to enter the number you want to dial, you enter 011+ the number, then the system will tell you “you have x number of minutes” and then the call go trough.

Can I use KELLINK with a cellular or PCS phone?

Yes, in most cases you can. KELLINK works with all cell phone providers. All you have to do is set up an account giving us the phone number of your cellular or PCS phone.Your cell phone won't work in case you have a blocked number.

Do I need to make any changes to my telephone service or service provider?

No, you don't need to change anything. You can use the same phone service provider and you don't even need to change your long distance company.

Can I have more than one number on my KELLINK account?

Yes, you may. There is no limit to the number of numbers you can have on your account.

Can I dial this local access number from any phone in my house?

You can dial in to our low cost network from any phone that is connected to the phone line registered with KELLINK. If you only have one phone line in your house, then yes, you can call from any phone. If you have two or more phone lines, i.e. telephone numbers, you will need to register each of them if you want to be able to make calls from all house phones.
